Welcome to Smile Up. By using our Facebook Messenger chatbot service or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Our Service

Smile Up is an online shop based in Algeria selling beauty and care products via the Cash on Delivery system. Customers place orders via our Facebook Messenger chatbot, which uses AI to provide 24/7 customer service across our pages Coin des Affaires, Vente Flash, Secret Technique and Smile Up.

2. Orders and Payment

• All orders are payable via Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
• Payment is made in cash (Algerian Dinars) upon receipt.
• You may inspect the product before payment.
• If you are not satisfied at delivery, you may refuse without charge.

3. Delivery

• We deliver to 56 wilayas in Algeria via our partner DHD Livraison.
• Delivery time: 24 hours to 3 working days depending on the wilaya.
• Shipping fees are communicated when ordering, based on wilaya and chosen option (home or office).

4. Returns and Refunds

• You may refuse the product at delivery without charge or justification.
• Once payment is made and the product accepted, returns must be reported within 48 hours via Messenger.
• Products must be returned in original, unused condition.

5. Chatbot Usage

• Our chatbot responds automatically in Algerian Arabic dialect (darija).
• The bot may be unavailable for maintenance or technical issues.
• Any information provided by the bot is subject to confirmation by our team.
• Abusive use (spam, insults, harassment) will result in immediate ban.

6. Prices and Promotions

• Prices are in Algerian Dinars (DZD) and include applicable taxes.
• Shipping fees are calculated separately.
• Promotions are valid only for the announced period.
• We reserve the right to modify prices without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All shop content (logos, photos, descriptions) is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors.
• Product images are illustrative; colors may vary on your screen.
• Use of products is at your own risk; always follow instructions.

9. Minors

Our service is reserved for individuals 18 years of age or older. Minors must obtain parental or guardian permission.

10. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page.

11. Disputes

Any dispute will be resolved according to the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria.
