Data Deletion Instructions — Smile Up

In accordance with Meta (Facebook) requirements and data protection laws, you have the right to request deletion of your personal information at any time.

What data is stored?

When you interact with our Facebook Messenger chatbot, we store:

• Your Facebook Page-Scoped ID (PSID)
• Full name, phone number, wilaya, commune (voluntarily provided when ordering)
• Message history (48 hours maximum, then automatically deleted)
• Order details

How to request data deletion

Option 1 — Via Facebook Messenger (recommended, fast)

1. Go to one of our Facebook pages: Coin des Affaires, Vente Flash, Secret Technique or Smile Up
2. Click "Send Message"
3. Write: DELETE MY DATA or SUPPRIMER MES DONNÉES or احذف بياناتي
4. Our team will process your request within 72 hours.

Option 2 — Via Email

1. Send an email to: mohamedrouibi31@gmail.com
2. Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
3. Include your full name and phone number (used when ordering)
4. You will receive confirmation within 72 hours.

Processing Time

We process all deletion requests within a maximum of 72 business hours. You will receive confirmation via Facebook Messenger or email once deletion is complete.

What data will be deleted

• Your Messenger conversation history
• Your personal information (name, phone, address)
• Your past orders (except legal accounting retention obligations)
• Any identifier linked to your Facebook account

Legal Limitations

Some data may be retained longer if required by law:

• Tax and accounting data: 10 years (Algerian law)
• Data necessary for ongoing disputes

Automatic Deletion

Good news: we already apply an automatic deletion policy:

• Messenger conversation history: deleted after 48 hours
• Orders: deleted 30 days after delivery (unless otherwise requested)
